Welcome to the updated Caroline County Clerk of Circuit Court secure remote access site.   New features have been added.  Instructions on these new features are located within.   In the interests of better serving the citizens of Caroline County and the other users of our office, we are providing access to land and other related records maintained by this office.

Note: Effective 1/1/2023, Land, Judgment and Financing Statement records will no longer be indexed by Book and Page numbers.

Click HERE to register your name for our new Property Notification site. You will be able to register to be notified by e-mail if a document with the requested name is filed in our office. The site will provide instructions and additional details. This service is free.

The Clerk's office is open to the public from 8:30AM until 4:00PM, however probate appointments are by appointment only. Land and related indexing information has been made available for free on this site by clicking HERE. Users will still need to be registered subscribers to access images. In addition, the Clerk is currently offering shorter term subscription access to index and image data. This access will remain $50 per month. Please contact the office at 804-633-1090 or 804-633-1092 with questions. Users will still need to execute an agreement and submit payment by check or money order to activate an account.
